Built around 1830, the Fox is situated in a peaceful village location with an unspoilt interior of four small rooms two of them for dining. Of particular interest is the bar with its unique sliding door and settles, and there is a children's playground outside. Booking is recommended for the popular Sunday lunches. Identified by CAMRA as having a nationally important historic interior, this is a rare classic.
