A traditional stone-built pub with the main emphasis on food. Many original features including wooden beams, and open fires combine to give the pub a cosy and homely feel. The large single room has several alcoves with the bar to one side. There is an attractive beer garden outside. Two hand pumps currently serving beers from Big Hand brewery.
