This Pub is Closed Long Term

Traditional village local sold by Greene King and re-opened on 1st November 2013 under the same stewardship as the British Queen at Meldreth. The thatched building was the village bakery until 1937. The main bar has a fresh modern feel but retains a fine old brick fireplace. There is also smaller second bar to the left of the front door and this has a more traditional feel.

The pub closed at the end of 2015 and was put on the market. In December 2018 a planning application to convert it to a children's day nursery was approved.
