Smallish L-shaped pub, recently renovated, with a large family-friendly garden. The stylish decor features sage green half panelling with cream walls above, floors part boarded, part carpetted and nicely assorted furniture. Framed photos of the village adorn the walls. Large screen TV showing all major sports events. Live music at least once a month. Recently reopened under new management. The Plough is 1 of 275 purchased in June 2014 from Greene King by Hawthorn Leisure, now Admiral Taverns. Its cask beers are generally well known as are its keg cider and beers.
