Established in 2020 in difficult circumstances, the Hop In has quickly built an excellent reputation and following. The beer offering consists of two regularly changing real ales, five craft ales on tap and a wide range of bottled and canned beer. An equally impressive range of around forty gins are available, which the knowledgeable staff are happy to advise on. The premises are compact, but manage both ground floor and first floor drinking areas and a small courtyard outside at the rear. Food is good, but booking is essential.
