Planning permission (ref. 14/03973/FUL) was first granted in 2014 to convert the upper floor to multiple residential use. Planning permission (ref. 17/04851/FUL) was then granted in 2017 to convert the ground floor to residential use before the latest planning permission (ref. 18/04184/FUL) was granted on 28 Dec 2018 for its current use.
