The Midland Hotel has two bars: the Foyer Bar and the Sports Bar. In Feb 2024, it was reported that real ale is available at most times in the Foyer Bar.

The Bradford Sports Bar is open to the public and located within the Midland Hotel to the left-hand side of the main entrance. As with the rest of the hotel, the single-roomed bar has a grand, ornate feel to it. Of particular note is a large mural, to one end which incorporates lights including a working traffic light! The mural also contains paintings of some of the famous guests to the hotel. A chairlift is provided at the stepped entrance for use by disabled visitors and disabled toilet facilities are in the main lobby of the hotel. Football supporters are welcome.
