Historic Interest

Delicensed 17/02/12 Landlord was Keith Hesketh and owner Trust Inns. In May 1981 it was a Tetley Keg pub, but by August 1983 it was on a Tetley list as selling Mild and Bitter, however by June 1985 it was keg again. It was not listed in the 1989 Beer in Bolton Guide as was not selling any cask beer at that time. In April 1994 it was selling Holts Bitter, but that had gone by July 1994. The pub was transferred to Trust Inns who like virtually all their pubs in Bolton, closed it at the earliest opportunity.
