This was the club made famous in the Channel 4 Comedy Phoenix Nights, starring Peter Kay, Paddy McGuinness and Dave Spikey. Twelve episodes were produced in two series in 2001 and 2002. The club has been refurbished since then and includes outdoor seating and a children's play area.
