This Pub is Permanently Closed

Family run country pub in a quiet village. L shaped room with a parquet floor. The exposed brick or deep red painted walls are decorated with historic framed photos. Fresh flowers and a log burner make the atmosphere warm and cosy. An old settle is among a pleasing mix of wooden furniture. Blackboards above the wood panelled bar and on a side wall give bar snack and meal details. There is normally at least one real ale from West Berkshire Brewery, usually Good Old Boy. Aspall cider. This is good walking country.
