This is a genuine backstreet free house close to the Grand Union Canal and Leighton Buzzard Railway station. The L-shaped bar features several sports TV screens and there is a small courtyard to the rear and a small public car park across the road. Guest beers are often from North Cotswold, Vale, Mad Squirrel and Church End. An interesting and varied selection of bottled beers are also offered. Accommodation comprises seven rooms in a converted stable block.
