This Pub is Closed Long Term

This popular local pub, on the southern outskirts of Waminster, is part of Marston food pub chain. Real ales are from Jennings, Banks's, Brakspear, Wychwood, and Marston's. Beer festivals are held each month (normally on the weekend falling between the 16th and 22nd). Food is served all day with 15 different dishes, all made each day by the chef, with prices starting at £6.95. There is a Winter Warmer Game Menu. Regular events include Banger & Mash day (for £6) on Mondays, Quiz and Curry nights (Tuesdays from 8:30), Real Ale Club (Wednesdays with beer at £2.50 per pint). There is live music on Fridays and Saturdays, from 8pm, and a Sunday Roast Music Club, at 2pm. Sports TV is in regular use. There's a games bar with pool table and, behind the pub, a beer garden.
