A traditional family run village pub set in the lovely Wylye valley, smart and comfortable, with a warm welcome. There is a garden out at the back. Note that parking is restricted to a narrow road.

Active Campaign

A group of residents plans to register a community benefit society (CBS) and bid to purchase the pub, which closed in Dec 2022, and is on the market for £315K. A formal public meeting was convened in late October 2025, with more than 60 attendees.
