This Pub is Closed Long Term

The pub closed on Monday 17th January 2022, and in March 2024 was advertised as available to rent with an extensive refurbishment planned.

A traditional pub, with timbered gables, bay windows, and ivy-covered walls was once the northern gateway to the estate of Lord Winterton. Comfortably furnished, and with a roaring fire in the Winter months, the pub has a cosy feel to it, while in the Summer months the tree-filled garden is well used.
