This is a hotel, which means that the bar is only open to residents.
The premises have now been incorporated into the much larger, recently constructed, Walton View Hotel. The original pub has now become the 'Wild Orchard'. This appears to have become a restaurant as part of the hotel. A further survey is awaited and opening times are to be confirmed.
This was the description when it was the Six Acres pub:
Formerly the Kings Arms, this pub is located in a rural area between Bradford and Drighlington. The interior has an extensive open-plan layout. It focuses primarily on food and is popular with families. A carvery is offered but over reduced hours compared to the main menu, especially on weekdays. The two handpumps serve a varying range of real ales. The establishment has two function rooms, the Lawrence Suite and a second, smaller room. There is a beer garden and children's play area outside.
When visited in August 2023, the pub and carvery were due to close for a major refurbishment. It has bene reported that it should re-open in Oct 2023 but without the carvery.
