This Pub is Permanently Closed

Re-opened 01/11/13 after a short closure but closed again shortly after. This micro pub was located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town that previously didn't have a pub. In line with other micropubs it was a shop conversion having previously been a butcher's, florists and lastly a hairdresser's. The beers were served via gravity in the beer cellar which was formerly the butcher's cold store and seating was on stools around high bench tables. The pub was named after the pub in the J. Meade Falkner book Moonfleet.
