An impressive building facing the 1893 Assembly Rooms, now a cinema. An airy, long bar with the serving area at one end and a pool table and real fire at the other. A darts board occupies a niche in the centre with some unusual lighting nearby. Wooden flooring with a mix of seating including high stools. The bar leads into a large back room serving as a separate dining area although food from an extensive menu is also available in the bar. Cider on handpump but no real ale.
