This old historic pub, has been closed for several years. After many false starts at reopening, it was bought for redevelopment in 2022 by South Property Investment Ltd and a Planning application has been approved (subject to further construction restrictions S106) by Swansea City Council on Thu 26 Oct 2023 as follows:
