Situated in a picturesque village near the Brendon Hills and close to the WSR steam railway, this traditional freehouse is a Grade II listed building. The bar has a friendly atmosphere with cosy log fire. Ales are from local and regional breweries. There is a courtyard garden. The separate restaurant, originally the Market Hall, serves Somerset produced food. The skittle alley doubles as a function room and hosts a music festival in September. Accommodation is via an outside stairwell.
