This Pub is Permanently Closed

A long time favourite of farmers and market goers of the former cattle market that once stood nearby. It was especially popular on Wednesday market days when it had a special licence to serve alcohol during the normally closed 3-5.30pm afternoon session. Its demise coincided with the closure of the livestock market and it now serves as office premises.
