This 17th Century pub has been refreshed inside and out before reopening in late February 2026 with a new licensee. It is located on a corner of the main street in the town and is close to the town's car park. Food is available throughout the day.
Historic Interest
In 1888 Mudd is listed as a a carrier to Huntingfield from the hotel daily. According to the Listed Buildings Register, the building dates from the early 18th century.
