As the name implies, this Beefeater pub and restaurant is located in a prime spot alongside the waterfront within a major redevelopment of part of the Swansea docks area called SA1. It shares a large block with a Premier Inn hotel and a Tesco Express, but is on the waterside of the building. Within there is a large L-shaped room with separate seating areas for the bar and restaurant.

It opens early to serve breakfasts, primarily for guests in the adjacent Premier Inn hotel, but also for the public. Alcohol service starts at Noon.

The main entrance, on the long side of the building, has four small steps. The main step free access is via a small lift from the adjoining Premier Inn reception entrance. A second step free entrance is via the fire exit on the waterfront side, by prior arrangement. An Accessible Toilet as at opposite end of the restaurant.
