The single storey building was constructed as part of the redevelopment of the former Morningside Station, following the closure of the line to passenger traffic in 1962.
It is now a spacious, open plan, modern cafe-bar with large picture windows that is furnished with tables, bar stools and booth seating on three separate levels. The bar counter is up a few stairs, however the staff will provide table service, and there are accessible facilities.
Live sport shown across multiple TV's, along with a weekly quiz on a Sunday evening and live music on the last Friday of every month.
Food is served all day with the menu offering light bites through to full pub meals. Breakfasts are available from 10 till 12 at the weekend.
