Traditional high street pub. Landlord David has been in charge for 14 years & the pub has previously won Enterprise Inns Highly Commended Award, South West Division. 2 for £10 food offers during the week & 2 roasts for £10 on Sundays. 3 letting rooms for bed & breakfast available above the pub & 3 more in a separate building nearby. Has received the maximum score of 5 out of 5 (very good) for food hygiene. Regular DJ on Friday nights & live band on Saturdays.

3 real ales always available. Regulars include Draft Bass, Otter, Doombar, Butcombe, Spitfire, Tribute & Landlord
