This deceptively large bar (it goes a long way back) was relaunched under new management in December 2025. There is no real ale but there is a large range of wines (by the bottle or by the glass) and a number of different beers in bottles and cans.
The opening hours (and days) are subject to change while the licensees find out what appeals to local customers. Check on Facebook or send the bar a Facebook direct message before making a special journey.
A kitchen is being renovated and is expected to open some time during January 2026. It will mainly offer Mediterranean snack food such as tapas and souvlaki. Again, check beforehand if you're hoping to eat in the bar.
