A cosy and traditional pub, regarded by many as an institution, especially those that have come here for forty years or more. The mixed clientele are attracted by the friendly staff, the loud music (with an eclectic selection on the jukebox) and the easy going atmosphere. There's a large screen television, a pool room and a spacious courtyard for open air drinking, the latter of which is hugely popular in summer. Occasional music events are held.
