Stone-built, single-room community pub with separate function room/skittle alley, recently re-opened following flood damage in 2021. There are usually three guest ales from the South West and a real cider. Dogs and walkers are welcome. There is a changing set meal on Wednesday (Village Hotpot), Fish & Chips Fridays, Burger Saturdays and light Sunday lunches. Outside there is an attached camping and caravan site and children’s play area next to the beer garden. Annual Gin & Real Ale Festival in spring. During Summer months this pub may be open every evening Tues-Fri, plus Saturday and Sunday afternoons and bank holiday Mon. Hours are always posted on the pub website so please check beforehand
