A large drinking and eating hall opened in December 2024 in a new build in an area of new developments on the Manchester side of the Irwell. It is positioned very close to the Aviva Studios Complex, so handy for a pre- or post-event drink. The beer offering is lager from Manchester's independent lager specialists, Manchester Union. They sell 2 lagers, a light-coloured and a black lager.
It is a large open space with both booth seating and long tables. The entrance features a wine store for sales both on- and off-site. The bar runs almost the width of the building, shared between fonts and food preparation, majoring in rotisserie chicken and food is served until 9pm. The toilets are all individual cubicles.
