Main street local near the centre of this small, historic market town which is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor. Popular with locals and particularly busy on market day (Thursday), there is a strong commitment to real ale. The single main bar has an open fire and pool table, while there is also quieter back room and four rooms of accommodation. Real log fire in bar, very cosy, dog friendly pub.
