This Pub is Permanently Closed
Former 15th Century beamed and thatched house (possibly a converted farmhouse) became a pub in 1845, which later closed down in the summer of 2009. It was sold to developers, who have built new houses on the site of the former car park & extension, which used to house the cellar. The pub building itself has reverted to a 'private house'.
Historic Interest
Became a pub in 1845, although building is older.
