18th Century pub, extended in the late Victorian era and again in 1983. Originally owned by the owners of Blendon Hall, bought by Charrington in 1941 and now one of M&B's Sizzling Pub Co brand of comparatively cheap dining pubs. Generic decor. Standard chain menu. Sky TV, Kids welcome.
