Pub with garden, offering accommodation.
A friendly wee pub with great community atmosphere, reopened as the Tipsy Coo in August 2024. Interior has been refurbished by new owners Peter & Susan to create a slightly larger but still cosy bar and a function room, while the large beer garden has been upgraded to one of the best in Tayside.
Formerly the Cyprus Inn, the premises date back to around 1790 and are Category 'C' listed. Original rings on external walls for tethering horses are now used to secure bikes.
Currently just one beer on handpull, but the next cask is always tapped ready for a quick changeover. Meals soon to be available.
Historic Interest
dates from c.1790 and is Category 'C' Listed; original rings for tethering horses are still visible on wall.
