Meanwood Brewery tap which opened in November 2018. Located in an alley between Alfreds & Number 8 cocktail bar, the entrance to this two storey brew pub is located across a wooden decked patio. The bar is downstairs in a stone walled room with a wooden floor and bi-fold windows which open out onto the decking when the weather permits. Small tables with individual pot plants on them complete the modern homely look. Four cask ales and fourteen keg beers are available. At least two of the cask ales are from Meanwood Brewery and also a cask beer from another local brewery. A clear fined beer is normally available. Upstairs is a similar large room with a wooden herringbone floor. The windows fully open on both sides of the room giving a view across the whole of Meanwood. Regular comedy nights, open mike nights and the occasional acoustic gig are held in the room upstairs. There are often pop up street food vendors on-site at weekends.
