Description

Established in 1996, Abbeydale (one of the largest and longest standing Sheffield breweries), produced 200+ barrels a week in 2023 (75%+ was cask). At least one new beer produced weekly, often including the Dr Morton’s range. Small batch, mixed fermentation and barrel-aged brews are created under its Funk Dungeon project. Substantial innovation, investment and expansion have enabled growth, including a substantial online and an export offering. One pub is owned, the Rising Sun, Nether Green.
