Currently closed and sold in auction. A planning application has been submitted for housing.

Built in 1661 and as well as being a butchers it has also traded as a whore house! After a sad period of decline, then a short flirtation as being an Indian restaurant, the Swan re-opened again as a pub on July 1st 2016.
