Traditional and historic hotel overlooking the scenic harbour and surrounding area. Welcoming visitors and locals alike, this idyllic establishment offers great food, good ale and quality accommodation, all at a reasonable price. Families and pets are welcome and the hotel caters for boating visitors, especially in the summer months. The public bar has stone walls and a multifuel stove, and there are pictures of the village and maritime traditions and events throughout. One guest ale from a variety of breweries and up to seven in house ales from Five Kingdoms Brewery, plus in-house bottle-conditioned ales and some font dispensed Craft 'in house' beers, are available in both bars. They offer a 1/3 pint tasting platter at no extra cost. The extensive food menu features local produce, and is served in the main bar, dining room and the rear conservatory which overlooks a natural rock garden.
