A family owned and run hotel with a relaxed atmosphere where locals and visitors mingle happily together. The nicely decorated main bar areas are a mix of comfy chunky chairs and sofas and much of the original wooden flooring has been retained. The adjacent restaurant (food served all day Fri & Sat) has wood panelled walls and more rustic furnishing. Children are welcome with games and a menu provided. The hotel opens before 11am for tea and coffee.
