Carefully renovated public house dating from 1600s situated in the centre of the village, with a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Dogs are welcome in the bar (with or without spots) and welly boots are not frowned upon. Guest beers often from local breweries. Locally sourced food prepared fresh to order. The main dining area seats twenty-four and a private dining area is available for parties of up to fourteen and can also be used for meetings, book clubs etc. Parking available around the pub but there is no dedicated car park. The 'coffee dog' café is open every morning up to noon.
