A large single bar Wetherspoon pub on the main street, near to the bus station. It retains ambiance of the former local pub that it used to be. In addition to the regular beers, up to two changing guests are offered from the pub's five hand pumps. A real cider is often available from a box in a fridge. A major feature is the large heated courtyard to the side. The usual good-value Wetherspoon's menu is served, with breakfast from eight am. Alcohol is available from 11.30 am, but not until 12.30 pm Sun.
