Overlooking Tilgate Lake this is a chain American Wild West style restaurant with a small bar area. The location was originally the Tilgate mansion until it was demolished by the Crawley Urban District Council in 1965. The new 1960's design then opened on 19th April 1968, the Inn in the Park was later renamed the Bluebird, which itself closed on 31st January 2009. Opened in current incarnation redesigned as Davy Crockett log cabin look in March 2012. Note parking is in the Tilgate Park car park with pay machines.
