This Pub is Closed Long Term

Sadly reported closed again with a poignant note pinned outside from the previous landlord and landlady saying "We tried our best". The pub had been closed for over three years previously. Let's hope it's not so long this time as Sam Smith's Brewery seek new tenants. Previous description below...

This is a cosy, split-level, low-ceilinged tied-house - an old building in a sea of modern housing. Carpeted, wood-panelled with some bare stonework, the walls feature interesting framed pictures showing Connah's Quay of yore plus prints about the eponymous Arthurian romance. Arguably the least boisterous pub in the area.
