A family run pub situated in Scotland’s most southerly village on the shores of Luce Bay. Real ale was reintroduced in spring 2023 after a gap of many years. Close to the Mull of Galloway with its lighthouse and foghorn, a great area for spotting seabirds, and Logan Botanical Garden which contains some surprisingly tropical specimens. It has a new beer garden with a marquee and is home to the Ship Inn Sea Shanty Singers. A welcome addition to this remote part of Galloway.
