Saint Jax opened in August 2025 and is located in the centre of Ormskirk on Burscough Street. Previously the home of a cocktail and pizza venue, Saint Jax is a coffee shop and bar, open daily from 10am (except Mondays) serving food; from breakfasts to brunch, bagels and burgers as well as small plates. Draught beers, fine wines and cocktails are served but no cask ale. At the weekend there is often live entertainment, and events during the week.
