An attractive timber-framed pub opposite the Castle. Inside, it is a modern, open plan sports style bar, with a function room upstairs available for hire. The bar servery is towards the rear and stocks a selection of ales. Food is served all day from a traditional menu, with specials on a chalkboard. May close early if customers have not yet arrived.
