This is a large spacious pub with high ceilings and good seating capacity. It was originally the Glass & Bottle when built in 1635 but was completely rebuilt in the 1900s as the Royal Oak. Since then it has undergone a number of name changes - it was extensively refurbished in 2024. It is spread over two floors with a 68-cover open plan bar and dining room complete with a glass kitchen pass that allows guests to view the chefs in action. Upstairs, there are two further rooms - Function Room and Private Dining Room/Karaoke Room.
