Roughcast 1st floor and painted brick ground floor in the tiled Public House frontage with Ionic pilasters carrying entablature. 1st floor with splayed bow windows; ground floor of Royal Oak Hotel with 3 light windows with colonette mullions. No 40, modern shopfront.
