Another excellent Fitzgeralds pub and eating house with several distinct areas dating back to the 18th century located within the village of Stannington, signposted from the A1. There is a calm and relaxed environment, helped by the eight handpull offering a good choice of local and countrywide breweries. Recently, the eight handpulls have dispensed the same four beers in the lounge as in the bar. Well regarded for the quality of its food with a comprehensive menu including classic British dishes with an emphasis on fresh local produce. It can be busy Sunday lunchtimes. Ramps and wide doors create good access for disabled.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 3 regular beers.
