A 17 century thatched pub, the Red Lion was reopened as a pub/restaurant in October 2017 following a complete loving restoration. Three fine dining areas take up the front of the building. The small bar is located at the rear. It has aged bare wood walls and exposed beams and a door opening onto the attractive enclosed garden. Seating is on comfy sofas and stools at the bar. No cask ales but two keg beers from Cambridgeshire brewers, BrewBoard. Bottled Adnam's Southwold Bitter, Ghost Ship and alcohol-free Ghost Ship. Wines and spirits.
