This Restaurant is Permanently Closed

This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Dating from the mid 1700's this traditional pub was acquired by the current landlord in summer 2010 and has undergone extensive refurbishment. The pub retains much of its original character including quirky bar stools depicting local trades, historical phots etc. Sadly the pub suffered during the Covid pandemic and did not re-open in summer of 2021. Instead it was converted into a Bed & Breakfast and the bar closed.
