This Pub is Permanently Closed

The Red House was closed early 2019 and converted for use as a Cycle Shop, with the first floor accomadation being rented out as a flat.

1950/ 1960's estate pub in the typical Bass style. Large, plushly appointed lounge plus separate quarry-floored public bar with table skittles and darts. The licensee is a strong supporter of Stoke City and all home and away matches are screened here; visit the beer garden for further evidence, including a murial on the wall of former players and even a turnstile from the old Victoria Ground. Friday night is disco night and there is a karaoke on a Saturday evening.
